Price listed is the deposit only. We will contact you with hanging weight and will collect the remaining balance at that time and also let you know the date your beef will be ready for pick up.

Quarter beef is $7.00/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight will be approximately 175-200 lbs.
These numbers are approximate, every animal is different. Your take home weight will also be determined by how many bone in cuts you choose and also if you want soup Bones and organ meat.
Total price will be determined once we receive hanging weight from our processor. The hanging weight is the weight of the animal after the head, hide, feet and internal organs have been removed, but before it's been processed into cuts of meat.
Beef will be dry aged 10-14 days
Prices include processing, cutting and packaging.
