Our Beef
Grass Raised, Grass Finished Beef
We have been working with grass-finishing genetics since the early 2000s, giving us a depth of expertise in this area that surpasses most other producers.
We are committed to humane and sustainable practices. Rotational grazing preserves our pastures, supports ecological health, and ensures the quality of our grass-fed beef. We are currently selling bulk beef (quarters, halves, and wholes). When you buy from us, you’re keeping your money local and supporting small-scale agriculture.

Hedgeapple Farm sells its farm born and raised, grass fed and finished beef and non-GMO, soy free pork directly to the public. While we have a limited stock of beef and pork on hand for sale by bulk or by cut, Hedgeapple is accepting orders for bulk beef (whole, half, quarter) and for pork (whole and half). Orders for pork will be ready for pickup in Sept/Oct of 2025. Beef sales are available periodically throughout the year.
