NOTE; These weights are approximations, every animal is different please allow for variation. Total price will be determined once we receive hanging weight from our processor. The hanging weight is the weight of the animal after the head, hide, feet and internal organs have been removed, but before it's been processed into cuts of meat. Our butcher will reach out to you to receive payment for the cost of processing.
